Candidates will handle all aspects of applicant workers compensation litigation, including drafting petitions and motions, appearing at hearings and trials throughout Southern California, taking and defending depositions, and settling cases.

Competitive compensation and great room for growth. No prior Workers Compensation experience needed.

Required Skills & Experience

· California Bar Admission

· Ability to handle your own caseload

· Possess superior organizational and time-management skills

· Exceptional oral communication skills

· Highest ethical standards and professional integrity

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to partner with other attorneys in the firm

· Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required

· Must be currently licensed to practice law in California
