Job Overview

We have put together a very strong package for the right individual to join us as an Athletic Trainer. Working within our Rehabilitation department, the Athletic Trainer will be responsible for providing orthopedic care to patients while also meeting outreach needs in the areas of injury prevention & examination. Core Duties

· Provides contracted athletic and personal training as requested to meet outreach needs in the areas of injury prevention and injury examination/assessment by integrating best practices in immediate and emergent care.

· Follows treatment programs and adjusts program to each patient’s needs and conditions with supervision of provider and/or physical or occupational therapist to ensure a positive outcome.

· Works with orthopedic team for a variety of different roles including but not limited to bracing, crutch training, taping, casting.

· Documents progress notes for each patient treated.

Key Qualifications

· MN Board of Medical Examiners Registered Athletic Trainer

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field with advanced program in athletic training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
