Valdosta Veterinary Associates is a 24/7/365 brand new, state-of-the-art emergency veterinary hospital located in sunny Valdosta, Georgia. It serves a large region of southern Georgia and northern Florida extending north to Douglas, east to Brunswick, west to Bainbridge and south to Live Oak. We currently see a large percentage of emergency and sick care but also have routine, non-urgent, and referral appointments on weekdays. Our current focus is small animal medicine but we are interested in adding exotics and small animal ortho in the future with experienced associate veterinarians.

Valdosta Veterinary Associates was founded by wife team Jillian Courson, DVM and veteran Bonne Mount, DVM in November 2020 and built to AAHA criteria as accreditation is one our short-term goals. We believe in providing our patients with access to quality, up-to-date medicine - when it is needed most - and we invest in our practice accordingly. We are currently seeking to add full-time and part-time associate veterinarians and regular relief veterinarians.

VVA's facility houses five exam rooms, a fully stocked pharmacy, two surgical suites with CO2 surgical laser and rigid and flexible endoscopes, built-in scavenger system, complete in-house Idexx laboratory, plasma sterilizer and traditional autoclave, dental suite with digital dental radiology, radiology suite with digital radiology and ultrasound, cold laser, two ICUs, isolation room near side entrance, and full staff bathroom with shower. Apartments, lounge, and conference area to be built in our separated second floor for sleep and relaxation between calls. Finally, an energetic team of highly trained veterinary assistants provides the support that you need to provide excellence of care. Skills & Qualifications Required
