New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a rapidly expanding mental health clinic with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychological testing. We specialize in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Intensive Outpatient Programs, as well as outpatient services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We are seeking Full-time Associates (ACSW, APCC, & AMFT), Part-time and Full-time Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, & PhD), and Clinical Supervisors to join our team. These staff will provide outpatient services through our telehealth and in-person programs.

Work is performed following established regulations and policies, but employees are expected to exercise significant initiative and independent judgment in discharging duties. If you have a passion for your work and would like flexibility and support from your employer, we would love to hear from you.

As a private-practice-like environment, staff begin working part-time hours and gradually increase their hours as caseloads increase.

Job Types:

• Full-time Associate Psychotherapists (at least 28 clinical hrs)
• Part-time Licensed Psychotherapists (at least 20 clinical hrs)
• Full-time Licensed Psychotherapists (at least 31 clinical hrs)
• Full-time Clinical Supervisors

Rate:

• Associate Therapist- $35.00 to $44.00 an hour
• Licensed Therapist- $60.00 to $70.00 an hour
• Clinical Supervisor- rate will be discussed during interview

Requirements

• Active CA license
• Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills including legal and ethical standards
• Must be available to work during core business hours Monday through Friday but scheduling is flexible.
• Clinical Supervisors must have completed supervisory training
