Les Jones Roofing is the leading roofing contractor in the Twin Cities area. We are recognized locally as a leading source for reliable, skilled craftsmen that install exceptional roofs. We offer consistent work, top pay, benefits and safety training to our employees.

We are looking for someone to help facilitate the smooth completion of roofing projects from start to finish. You will ensure all job sites have an adequate and timely flow of materials and equipment needed.

This person must be well organized and able to multitask. You should have great communication and problem-solving skills; the goal is to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of the project at hand.

Responsibilities:

• Works with project managers and service manager to help implement project goals
• Meet with subcontractors
• Clean up after project is finished
• Close out permits
• Inspect the project after completion and punch list items
• Driving of company trucks to job sites and suppliers
• Delivering material to job sites
• Be in constant contact with project manager and labor crew throughout the duration of the project.
• Keep good relations with suppliers, vendors, and labor crew.
• Maintain accurate records
• Data entry

Requirements:

• Ability to understand technical specifications of material and equipment used
• Ability to self-educate
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Well organized
• Proficient in problem solving
• Clean driving record – DOT Certification needed and provided by employer
• Must be willing to start early or work late if needed
• Work well unsupervised
• Roofing experience a plus but not required
• Ability to successfully maneuver job trailers

Pay: $57,629.00 - $62,491.00 per year

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
