The Senior Associate, Media will contribute to exceptionally relevant media strategies and executions grounded in data-informed audience insights. This role will be focused on ensuring that our media investment is optimized to create maximum ROI across our portfolio of brands, building both brand equity and sales. The Senior Associate, Media partners with internal teams and external agencies to provide strategic leadership to develop and bring our consumer activations to life. This role reports to the Manager of Media and supports the entire media strategy across all our brands.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Ensure best in class media strategies and effective deployment of media investments to maximize ROI
  • Deploy a data-driven media approach with relentless focus on finding and adopting new ways to use data in audience insights, activation, and measurement
  • Collaborate with paid, owned, and earned media team to translate business KPIs to communications plans, creating holistic omnichannel activations that deliver across full-funnel touchpoints
  • Contribute to an evolving portfolio learning agenda to map test-and-learns and drive key objectives across all media plans
  • Guide media agency in executing our strategies across the portfolio, deploying tried-and-true tactics, testing and learning and taking managed risks
  • Support oversight of brand budgets and manage monthly billing deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in technology and media to bring forward innovative and creative solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Leverage a marketing analytics platform to better integrate consumer journeys and strengthen media plans

Skills that will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of paid media experience; experience leveraging paid media for CPG brands preferred (internally or externally). This role is equivalent to a Supervisor level position in Agency.
  • Experience measuring and evaluating the ROI of national and targeted paid media campaigns across channels
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across all paid media channels – both traditional and emerging – particularly OTT, digital, programmatic, social, search, and content marketing
  • Experience in audience strategy, implementation, and measurement
  • Experience working within a dynamic cross-functional team environment, navigating objectives to drive priority and deliver breakthrough results
  • Experience presenting and influencing internal or external partners
  • Experience in relevant tools & platforms: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, MediaTools, Comscore, DMP & DSP Platforms, Meta Business Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
