Job Description:

This role is in the Marketing organization and supports our Global Financial Services (GFS) business unit. GFS provides Business Lending, Payment Solutions and Deposits to Small to mid-size businesses through The Pitney Bowes Bank Inc, Member FDIC.

The wage range for this position is $80000 - $110000 / year with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is also eligible to earn an annual incentive bonus.


Job Description:

You are:

As the Associate Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting global financial services marketing programs, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including email, web landing pages, paid advertising, and content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing assets are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also use analytical tools to glean insights and optimize all digital channels for growth marketing. Additionally, you will be responsible for making simple edits to some landing pages and using a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous improvement in all digital channels.

You will:

  • Assist with developing multichannel digital marketing campaigns, leveraging thought-leadership content and solutions/product content to meet strategic BU goals

  • Support the development, launch, monitoring and optimization of campaign elements for delivery through email, social media, web, digital ads, PPC, etc.

  • Manage, review, and deliver target lists for campaign execution, tracking and monitoring performance, and optimization

  • Assist with creating sales templates and assets for delivery through sales enablement platforms

  • Ensure all external facing assets are reviewed and meet regulatory compliance requirements following the established process

  • Create and manage project timelines, workflows, and campaign schedules

  • Manage workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing assets are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize all digital channels to drive growth and achieve performance targets using analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, FullStory, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Develop presentations to assist in delivery of campaign overviews, reporting, and updates

  • Manage the creation of emails and landing pages, including simple edits, to ensure that they are optimized for conversion and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.


Skills and Experiences

Must haves:

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Experience in successfully executing multichannel digital content marketing campaigns via email, social media, google ads, PPC, and web

  • Technical knowledge of marketing through:

  • Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform) for email and personalization

  • Adobe AEM, DAM, Target, and Analytics

  • Linked-In, Facebook, Sprinklr

  • Working knowledge of PowerBI to navigate and review campaign dashboards

  • Microsoft Office Suite
