Position Summary:

Administers and provides administrative support for Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including applicant tracking, candidate communications, scheduling of job interviews and applicant screenings, and tracking background verifications.
  • Hiring processing for hourly positions as needed.
  • Participate in employment events such as on-site college recruiting and job fairs.
  • Participates in employee onboarding and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Assists in the maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems and ensures accurate data entry.
  • Assists in ensuring employee records are in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage related off boarding procedures for departing hourly employees.
  • May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Basic administrative skills and knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Maintain confidential information appropriately and exercise discretion and sensitivity
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Proficient in MS office, HRIS and other software programs
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy

Work Environment/Work Conditions:

  • Professional Office Environment
  • Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor

  • Human Resources Manager
