We are looking for a highly motivated dentist to join our team in the beautiful Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

  • Full-time, Guaranteed salary for the first six months with upside to exceed guarantee, second-year salary will be based on a percentage of collections. Both terms are negotiable.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing high-quality dental care including the delivery of diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical dental care services to patients
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
  • Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff, while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards

Employment Qualifications for this Position:
  • Education: Must have a Dental degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
  • Experience: Demonstration of skilled care and judgment in the practice of dentistry through at least one year of successful practice of dentistry.
