Job description
The YNHH Associate EMS Coordinator reports to the Education and Operations Manager at Yale New Haven Center for EMS. This position serves as the data analysis and informational support person for the YNHH EMS Coordinator and EMS Medical Director. With accountability to the YNHH EMS Coordinator and EMS Medical Director, this position will ensure appropriate and requested data is supplied to the EMS Operations teams to facilitate the management of the YNHH EMS Sponsor Hospital system.

EDUCATION
Minimum of National Registry eligible EMT Training; Associates Degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Health Sciences, or Emergency Response. Related experience and training may be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Working in an EMS system at an EMT level or higher; training or administrative experience at the career or volunteer level preferred;
LICENSURE
CT State OEMS certification or licensure for Emergency Medical Technician or higher.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Working knowledge of ePCR platforms, Microsoft office, Epic preferred. Familiarity with dashboard creation software such as Power-Bi or similar project.
