Job Description


As an Associate Creative Director, you are responsible for delivering work as well as for the leadership and management of a creative team including providing creative direction that is on-strategy and on-brand. The Associate Creative Director takes briefs and collaborates with the Account Services, Data, and Strategy Departments to develop and execute concepts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure concepts developed by the agency are on strategy, practical and cost-effective to produce and are delivered to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
  • Be responsible for the creation, conceptualization and design of campaigns and projects; Art direct photo shoots as required.
  • Remain up to date on the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques and production technology.
  • Recommend improvements and changes to the agency’s processes and procedures and employ best practices.
  • Develop and grow the skills and experience of the creative team and help seek and hire new talent as required.

Qualifications
  • You have 7 + years of experience in an art direction role at a digital, direct marketing or advertising agency.
  • You are highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects, and allocate work to the remainder of the team.
  • You have excellent conceptual and design skills with and are highly skilled and efficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, including the ability to make changes quickly and accurately. Familiarity with Sketch and/or Figma a plus. (Team currently uses Sketch and InVision regularly.)
