Job description

Hall Law Group LLP is an established law firm in Pleasanton, California that specializes in trusts, estates, probate, and tax law. We are looking for either a recently-licensed attorney or a third year law school student with a demonstrated interested in the firm’s practice areas. This position is for an in-person, full time associate. The firm has an excellent reputation in the legal community and with its clientele. This associate would work directly with the partners, paralegals, and clients. Responsibilities would include leading client meetings, drafting estate planning documents, supervising the drafting of probate court documents, court appearances, and overall case management.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated interest in the firm’s practice areas but no prior legal experience required;

2. Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California or obtained within 6 months of hiring;

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills;

4. Attention to detail; and

5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
