Job Purpose

The Associate Account Executive role is a vital component of the sales team. This role will focus on target product lead generation by developing referral and lead generation campaigns to attract strong leads that can result in new business for Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS). The Associate Account Executive will be a team player and will collaborate with the team and management to align lead generation strategies with company objectives. The Associate Account Executive is critical to the future market share growth of Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Development: Complete target market analysis leading to weekly cold calling campaigns.

Execute on in-person cold calling outreach strategies within assigned territory.
Facilitate planning and campaigns necessary to establish lead generation meetings with prospects.
Collaborate with all areas of US sales force to understand territory opportunity and leverage relationships.
Research and deliver marketplace knowledge on targeted accounts as part of Target strategy data file.

  • Marketing: Align with marketing to develop new and utilize existing outbound marketing programs focused on lead generation.

Utilize social media, customized email, and videos for brand awareness, prospects, targets, leads, and opportunities.
Work on becoming subject matter expert for selected targets utilizing Mergers & Acquisitions, leadership changes, Definitive Health, trends, industry insights as part of Target strategy data file.

  • Use Salesforce.com to improve effectiveness of sales efforts.
  • Strategize and share best practices with your colleagues.
  • Works in collaboration across HCUS product/services offerings with emphasis on selling the healthcare portfolio: Modality Solutions, Medical Informatics, and Endoscopy.
  • Develops effective business partnerships with the HCUS sales and marketing to drive results and overall goals as assigned with compensation plan metrics around lead generation, pipeline development, and opportunity creation.
  • Support sales strategies and programs in collaboration with Management to increase market share growth.
  • Accurately complete assigned tasks as requested.

Cross Functional Team Collaboration

  • Collaborates with other members of the HCUS sales organization as necessary to ensure accountability and teamwork.
  • Participates in training efforts and feedback with cross-functional teams to drive MS, MI and ES, sales.
  • Maintains effective communications within and between various cross-functional departments within the organization to ensure maximum sales success, improved business processes and a positive customer experience.
  • Participates in meetings and conferences via a travel schedule that is consistent with the requirements of the position.
  • Performs special projects, tasks and studies, as needed.
  • Drives all efforts aimed at providing a good introduction of Fujifilm to prospects will working to achieve assigned business development targets.

Sales Operations

  • Demonstrates proficient and effective use of the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, as directed by management.
  • Ensures that opportunity pipelines, account activity, contact management, assets and result reporting are accurately populated in the Salesforce system.
  • Maintains proficiency and stays up-to-date HCUS products and services.
  • Develops and drives relationships with key industry leaders across HCUS healthcare portfolio as necessary to meet business development targets.

  • Achieve determined customer engagement, lead generation, and opportunity creation goals.
  • Achieve a positive customer experience with assigned target accounts.
  • Grasps cross-selling and surround strategy tactics with all portfolio Business Units’ to leverage new healthcare portfolio business development.
  • Comply with business processes, as defined by HCUS.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure ongoing and transparent communication- internally and externally.
  • Align behavior with corporate strategy, along with vision, mission and values.
  • Participate in corporate activities (e.g., leadership activities, BPR, etc.)
  • Adhere to the competencies, as defined for the position.

Other

  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Entry level – internships in medical field a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in prospecting, lead generation, and business development.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong communication skills- presentation, written, oral, and ability to work cross-functionally to create business impact, problem solve, and communicate in a proactive and effective manner.
  • Ability to drive action plans within established timeframes and meeting or exceeding stated deliverables.
  • Proven positive leadership capability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools a plus.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as defined.

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.

  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.

TRAVEL: 80-90% travel required.

Salary $60k annually + KPI
