Morningside Center is accepting applications for the Assisted Living Apartment Supervisor position.

Assisted Living Supervisor Requirements:

• LPN license in good standing in the state of Missouri.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - position requires supervisor to speak with families, potential and current residents, physicians, insurance companies, staff, etc.
• Excellent documentation skills required
• Prefer previous supervisory experience. The supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and supervision of work performance of 12 staff.
• Must have knowledge of state regulatory requirements or be willing to learn and follow the requirements.
• The supervisor is responsible for the overall care/protective oversight of 31 residents
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
• PN (Preferred)
