We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to join our team.

East Cascade Retirement Community, located in beautiful Central Oregon, is now actively recruiting for a Community Based Care Administrator.

As Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining systems that are effective and efficient to operate the community in a manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and for establishing and maintaining systems that are effective and efficient to operate the community in a financially sound manner.

Qualifications

Current Oregon Administrators license

Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills

Must possess basic computer skills, including email use

Must be a team player, well organized and flexible

Please Note:

Due to COVID-19, all employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, mask and face shield, and take part in daily health screenings.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Healthcare Administration: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Administrator's License (Required)
