Aquaknot Pools is a family owned and operated company since 1989, winner of 2017 Best of Boston for Pool Design and Installation. With headquarters conveniently located in Weymouth, MA, we do it all - construction of custom gunite swimming pools and spas (both commercial and residential), routine maintenance and service, and three retail stores, Aquaknot is the premiere swimming pool company in Massachusetts. Begun as a one-man show, our company has grown leaps and bounds over the years and we have no intention of stopping, having recently added a third retail location. Family is important to us, that is why we have dedicated ourselves to making the family dream of owning a swimming pool a hassle-free endeavor to our customers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Busy swimming pool company seeks assistant to service manager. Ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, be organized and computer literate. Must be able to multitask. Swimming pool or plumbing knowledge a plus but not required. Duties will include assisting the service manager with scheduling and setting up work schedules, communicating with service techs, including checking in at the end of the day, answer customer phone calls, clerical work, and occasionally assisting in the retail store. Ideal candidate will be able to work Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings. Job runs from February through December with seasonal layoff January through end of February. Competitive salary and we offer health insurance and 401(k) with employee contributions (waiting periods apply).
