- Is Flexible, can work in a past paced environment, and willing to adapt to the needs of the school.
- Able to stoop, kneel, sit, stand, squat, push, pull, stretch, and walk with children, and can lift up to 40lbs.
- Is silly, goofy, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
What will you be doing as an Assistant Teacher aboard our team?
- Assist Lead teachers with paperwork and preparing lessons
- Take the lead in time of the Lead Teacher's absence.
- Ensure the safety of all children in our program
- Helps enforce rules to help teach appropriate behavior, and procedures for maintaining order
- Maintain a calm, positive attitude and soft voice while working together with the parents, staff and the Management Team.
- Maintain ongoing, open communication with parents, coworkers and the Management Team.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children.
All staff members have the option of wearing a mask if they so choose.
*We are also offering $250 signing bonus upon successful completion of your probationary period*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
