Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer
We are an industry leading Real Estate Development and Construction firm with over 75 years in the business. With our extensive pipeline of projects continuing to grow, we are looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead our projects. Each project will be over 25$ million so if you are a Construction Superintendent with strong experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing
- Has the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan
- Maintain the site specific safety plan
- Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ Years Experience Assisting Construction Projects
- Commercial
- Multifamily
- $15 Mil + Projects
Strong Plus:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
