Position will be located at Amazing Lash Studio Delray Beach or Promenade at Coconut Creek, or both.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and studio sales goals
• Assists Studio Manager in studio performance including customer satisfaction, achievement of active membership goals & retail sales goals, operational excellence, employee engagement.
• Ensures compliance Studio policies and procedures.
• Acts as Studio Manager in the absence of the Studio Manager/Director.
• Is responsible for Studio inventory and supplies.
• Facilitates Lash Consultant new hire training and onboarding.
• Role models positivity and sets the tone for a collaborative, highly engaged, motivated Studio culture.
• May lead Social Media.
• Reports directly to Studio Manager/Director.

Qualifications: 2 or more years supervising others in a selling environment, Retail Sales Experience, Salon or Spa , Cosmetics, wax spa, hand and massage spa experience is a plus, Mindbody Software experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
