Job description

A leadership position supervising store operations

1) Manage the shift and oversee staff

2) Ensure store is up to health department standards, including having staff follow store checklists.

3) Cash Management - Counting down drawers and banking

4) Product ordering and inventory

5) Scheduling

6) Uphold and follow the BIGGBY Systems and Processes- PERC, position priorities, beverage recipes

7) Staff Management - Continually develop the staff through coaching and training. Help ensure that procedures are being followed at all times and that PERC is being followed

8) Attend monthly leadership meeting

Requirements::

Must be atleast 18 years old

High school education or equivalent required

Previous managerial experience preferred but not required

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent leadership skills

Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

Ability to lift 30 lbs

Able to stand for duration of shift

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must work at least 5 shifts per week for a minimum of 35 hours per week
