- Assist the manager with administrative tasks such as renewals and sending notices.
- Monitor collections, post rent payments, and enforce collection procedures
- Assist with all aspects of leasing
- Maintain occupancy
- Oversee facility upkeep, inspecting and maintaining units, public areas, and grounds.
- Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, handing paperwork, evaluating applicants, and explaining policies.
- Schedule showings of vacant units, advertise vacancies, and conduct tours
- Local and social media marketing
- Promote positive resident relations with exceptional customer service
- Assist with unit inspections and scheduling of make readies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Property Management required
- Strong Communication and Multi tasking skills
- Must undergo Background Screening
