Candidates for this prestigious position must be professional, proactive, organized and detail oriented. Responsibilities
- Leasing and Marketing
- A/R, A/P and collections
- Resident communications, satisfaction and issue resolution
- Oversee resident relations including planning events
- Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors and the surrounding community
Skills needed
- Prior experience in Property Management, hospitality, retail or sales.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with industry software preferred. Yardi, Rent Café, leasing pad.
- Must work weekends
- Social Media Savvy
- Leasing license or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
Highly competitive pay in addition to commissions.
