As a Shift Leader at Firehouse Subs, you will oversee employees to make sure that they are following through with their daily tasks and following up with the dress code. Shift Leaders also manage customer complaints, follow proper procedures for food handling and safety, and manage cash drawers and procedures. The Shift Leader has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific location and maintaining the reputation of the company. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.
