Stor-U-Self has immediate openings for full time Assistant Managers at our selfstorage operation in West Roxbury.Shifts include Saturdays and a 5 hour shift on Sunday. No evenings required. We are closed on major holidays. Hourly pay range is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, dependent upon experience plus monthly commissions . Self Storage professionals are encouraged to apply. We also offer a New Hire Incentive of $1000.00.

Candidates must understand what exceptional customer service is all about and not believe that average is acceptable.

Responsibilities include; handling customer inquiries over the phone and email, showing available storage units to customers, renting storage units and trucks, selling boxes and packing supplies, making collections calls, light housekeeping in the facility and assisting with snow shoveling around doors and ramps in winter. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. We are a quality organization who treat our employees very well as we expect them to treat our customers very well.
