The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager with efficient and profitable operations.

This position will provide leadership to assigned functions and events.

• Hire, train, supervise and schedule staff
• Monitor processes to ensure quality operations and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with inventory control procedures and operations

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience

• Three (3) or more years of related experience

Preferred Educational Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent vocational/technical training

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) or more years of related work experience

$19.95 - $24.38 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
