Kids First Swim School is the largest and fastest growing provider of swimming lessons in the U.S., and we are home to a highly coveted swim instructor training program! We teach lessons year round in our heated pools that are specifically designed for teaching young children. Our curriculum is trademarked through the Library of Congress and is technique-based. We believe everyone should know how to swim, so we teach all ages from 2 months old to adults!
We are currently seeking a full time Office/Assistant Aquatic Manager in our York, PA location.
Details for the position:
-Full time (40+ hours per week)
-Must be available some daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
-Be eager to learn and self motivates.
-Enjoy working with children of all ages.
-Have previous customer service and/or sales experience.
-Be punctual, organized, and professional.
-Posess strong leadership skills to manage a staff.
-Be comfortable learning our swim curriculum and coaching employees to succeed.
Ideal candidates will have some swim experience and have a passion for working with children.
