As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our managers to ensure the store is running smoothly, ensuring that customers are well taken care of. You will help with training and be involved in hiring, scheduling, and payroll. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the store and must be a role model for employees, communicating company policies and procedures to team members. The Assistant Manager position requires strong leadership skills as well as an ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer service.
• Manage the daily operations of a salon
• Ensure that quality control standards are met.
• Use a cash register and credit card machine to process transactions.
• Manage employee schedule, including hiring, firing, and training.
• Handle customer concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
