Envy Sports Clubs is a multi-location health Club specializing in helping meet fitness needs of our members in an exclusive setting. Envy Sports Clubs Parsippany is located in the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel.

We are looking for upbeat and responsible individuals who are fitness minded to join the team.

The position for sales manager, 25-30 hours per week and includes one weekend day per week. We offer competitive wages, sales commission, paychecks weekly and free gym membership. The perfect candidate will have sales and marketing experience with a passion for elevating sales and services.

Requirements of the position Include ( but not limited to):

• Sales &Marketing Experience (designing with Canvas a plus)
• Responsible & Trustworthy
• Pay attention to detail
• Have passion helping clients attain their fitness/nutrition goals
• Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels.
• Prospect for qualified leads and create traffic through mailers, referrals, outreach, etc.
• Be self-motivated, maintain positive work atmosphere.
• Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience
• Professional with positive energy
• Organized
• Good communication skills
• Dependable and flexible
• Prior health club or spa experience
