Assistant Hotel Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual who is interested in managing a high-performing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training and overseeing a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment where every employee is focused on guest satisfaction. The right employee will also be able to work effectively with the executive team to develop and implement our business strategy and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize work for the hotel staff.
- Work front desk shift 4 days a week
- Work once a week in office
- Manage staff hours
- Manage hotel staff
- Deal with customer complaints and ensure guests' satisfaction.
- Provide a list of activities available in the area to guests and answer questions concerning them.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,400.00 per year
