- The preferred candidate is highly motivated, energetic and passionate about working with student athletes.
- Successful coaching experience with middle and high school aged student-athletes. High school coaching experience is preferred.
- Proven technical and instructional expertise.
- The ability to develop training programs individualized to the needs and experience of a diverse group of athletes ranging from beginning players to those with extensive training experience.
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide positive leadership and productive partnerships with parents, the community and associated programs.

Join our Coaching team for the 2023/2024 school year. PACT Charter School is starting a football team and is looking for four assistant coaches to assist the head coach in building a program! PACT is focused on building students of character by focusing on respect, citizenship, gratitude, compassion, integrity, cooperation, self-control, responsibility, and perseverance - and we translate these traits into our athletic programs. PACT is a AA football program with a new lighted stadium under construction. PACT has approximately 600 students in grades 7-12.
PACT Charter School, a Minnesota K-12 public charter school, is now accepting applications for the 2023/2024 school year. Grades 6-12 will be at our new campus opening the Fall of the 2023/2024 school year. Grades K-5 will be at our current campus with many building updates coming for the 2023/2024 school year.
Position: Assistant Football Coach. This is a new position for PACT and we are excited to offer a PACT football program for the first time to our students. The Assistant Football Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with coordinating, instructing, motivating and organizing the football program.

The PACT Elementary campus is located at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, in the 420 acre COR Development and next to Ramsey’s newest park, The Draw, which includes an amphitheater, water feature, farmer's market, concerts, and other community events. The PACT Secondary campus will be located between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property. It’s located on 161st Ave NW between Armstrong Blvd NW and Variolite Street NW. The parcel has a beautiful line of trees and wetlands and provides a gorgeous backdrop for the new Secondary Campus. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system. Many people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character, wetlands, wildlife, and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
