Qualifications should include:
Hospitality Maintenance Experience
Journeyman knowledge of all building trades (electrical/HVAC/Plumbing, etc)
Ability to prioritize tasks, direct staff Engineers and communicate effectively with the Director
Competent ability in Excel, Word and Outlook
