Job description
Hours will vary, Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
- Assist Certified Dietary Manager with Dietary Department.
- Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure all policies and procedures of the Dietary Department are followed by staff.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare reports, as requested.
- Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience working in a healthcare environment.
- 1-2 years of healthcare foodservice experience.
- Cooking experience preferred
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
