The Assistant Dietary Manager will conduct the team to create a menu and orchestrate the smooth running of the nursing home facility kitchen. Hiring, training and delegating necessary tasks to the dietary staff for the preparation and service of food are some of the Assistant Dietary Manager's responsibilites.
Assistant Dietary Manager Qualifications:
- Must have managerial experience in a LTC/SNF environment
- Must be enjoy working with food and food preparations
- Serious applicants
- Pleasant disposition
- Enjoy working with the geriatric population
- Must be covid vaccinated or exempt
