Job description
The Village at Terra Bella is located in Land O' Lakes, FL with easy access to I-75. You are only minutes away from some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Job Requirements:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
- At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is required. Hospitality or property management experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Previous experience leading a team or others is preferred.
