ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER needed to join a Successful Property Team
The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in effectively managing the community and maintaining all aspects of property operations, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts payable, vendor relations, and team member development. In the Community Manager’s absence, the Assistant Community Manager will assume responsibilities associated with accomplishing the property objectives, as set forth by the Community Manager.
The Assistant Community Manager is directly responsible for the collection of rent, apartment deposits, and any other charges or fees; For maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of collections.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid Driver’s License
Apartment leasing or other sales related experience
Excellent communication and people skills
