- develop the knowledge, skills and experience of team members
- manage activities and escalations to achieve performance targets, operational level agreements and service levels
- comply with internal policies and legal requirements,
- collaborate with internal partners to deliver the best service
Your team
You’ll be working in the Lincoln Harbor Processing Center team in Weehawken, NJ. We’re responsible for the WMA , UHNW, and International Market Operations. As an Operational & services Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in driving your team focused on set objectives.
Your expertise
- series 7/66, 9/10 is required
- team management experience
- excellent organizational skills, stay focused, great communicator with a can-do-attitude
- knowledge of back-office operations and procedures
- coached and mentored teams, providing insight with suggested development methods and execution modes to UBS culture and risk appetite
- Spanish language skills preferred
