Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and unload product utilizing proper equipment and material-handling techniques to minimize damages
Unpacks cartons and places components on assembly table according to prescribed template
Inspects components for any significant damage
Assembles chairs following the instruction sheet for the type of chair being assembled and utilizing proper material handling and equipment usage techniques to minimize damages
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
Completes assigned tasks in regards to reports and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Provides total customer satisfaction through interaction with associates in all departments
Conducts on-the-job training for new associates
Completes other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Knowledge of tools: air guns, sanders and drills
Qualifications Preferred:
Previous assembly/manufacturing experience
