• Some tasks will require standing in one place for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours a day), while others involve walking around the facility, including climbing stairs – comfortable, closed-toed shoes are a must!

What does a Finishing Department Assembler do?

• Add rubber to cutting dies according to customer specifications
• Adhere material to die board
• Select proper corrugated paper for samples
• Monitor necessary machine operation
• Document time on job card
• Make necessary adjustments to machine
• Identify non-conforming products

Basic hand tool knowledge and use of light machinery from prior work experience.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 a.m. start time for 2-3 week training period

7:00 a.m. permanent start time with OVERTIME as needed

We want you to join the team if you can perform these essential job functions:

• Must be able to physically lift up to 50lbs repetitively and 75lbs unassisted on occasion

• Must be able to constantly stand, bend and twist for the longevity of the shift

• Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers and management

• Visually inspect product and equipment

• Respond to audio prompts

• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

• Ability to stand on feet for long periods at a time and no lifting restrictions.

• No allergic reactions or inability to work with water based glue and superglue.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
