Lab Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform quality assurance and/or quality control for various highway/roadway construction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Possess minimum 2 years lab experience working with asphalt and aggregate testing
• Must possess minimum level 1 certification as well as knowledge of mix designs
• Experience performing asphalt, soil and concrete material testing and inspection.
• Ensuring that proper document control, quality assurance documentation and construction project records are maintained.
• Experience using Nuclear Density Gage on asphalt. Ability to lift 35 pounds, weight of gage.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to workday or night shifts
• Candidates will be proactive, use a team approach to problem solving, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, operate a basic computer and be client service orientated.
• Applicants must be willing to always represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a high level of personal integrity when representing Earle
