Corporate Cleaning Group, a leader in the sanitary cleaning market, is seeking a WORKING Supervisor to support cleaning services at multiple buildings in the Kansas City area. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and provide solid direction for your team.
As the Area Supervisor you will be required to between multiple locations daily, with paid travel time. You will learn the cleaning runs at multiple buildings, support and cover for Night Manager, support and cover for building leads, ensure inspection feedback is addressed, inspect buildings, deliver supplies, train/retrain employees, respond to urgent requests from the customer, interact with facilities management and help with cleaning as needed. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to travel between buildings. The most suitable candidates will have a naturally friendly and professional demeanor, be team oriented and posses strong leadership skills. Your ability to prioritize and respond to daily requests with the proper sense of urgency will help in your team's success. Responsibilities include acting as building lead in regular lead's absence, inspecting multiple buildings, training, ordering supplies, trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, office cleaning, dusting, wall spotting, glass cleaning, restroom care, general cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks as requested by the customer.

Work schedule will require working Mon. - Fri. and on-call weekends. Typical schedule will be 4-8 hrs per night worked between the hours of 4pm-12am, depending on coverage demands. Schedule can be somewhat flexible based on personal and company needs. Day time hours are also available 10am-2-pm if you are willing to work a split shift. May be required to attend the weekly leadership meeting at 4pm, may be required to attend leadership training conferences on Saturdays 4-6 times per year.

Job Type: 30-40 hours per week, full-time schedule available if you're willing to be flexible in days and shifts worked
Salary: up to $20.00 /hour to start with regular reviews; as new buildings are added to your coverage area pay will be commensurately increased.
Hours: Can be somewhat flexible between 4pm-12am, with occasional overtime required.
