The Commercial Area Account Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at all organization levels. The representative is responsible for developing new area level business by securing area wide and regionally based commercial opportunities.

Base salary, guarantee plus unlimited commission, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO and more!

What will I be doing?

  • Develop new Area/Regional business through prospecting, networking, building/maintaining relationships with facility maintenance companies, State and private procurement companies, and participating in local market buying consortiums for the world's largest family owned pest control company.
  • Retain, Grow and Gain existing customers through developing and maintaining key decision maker relationships, understanding needs, and meeting expectations.
  • Create and present sales presentations along with proposals to area prospects.
  • Work collaboratively where applicable with our 139 partners to determine local, area and national sourcing needs.
  • Complete national RFIs, RFPs and other pricing requests.
  • Manage the roll out and transition of trust process of a new area level sales.
  • Work with the assigned Commercial Regional Accounts Manager in managing the new account and resolving escalations.

What we are looking for?

  • B2B sales experience and fundamental National Account knowledge. A true professional who is highly motivate, has a strong work ethic.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent negotiations skills, time management and organizational skills.
  • Facility Maintenance / Procurement experience a plus.
  • Bilingual speaking a plus.
  • You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
  • Because we give you a company vehicle, you do need to have a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
