Job Opportunity | Associate Architect

About us
We design, build and furnish workplaces for office tenants, building owners and building landlords by providing a unique combination of workplace architecture and design, full-scale project management and wholesale furniture that is proven to save time and money, lower risk and eliminate traditional project hassles.

The Goal
We want someone with the skills & desire to support our architecture team in order to deliver beautiful, high-functioning, cost-effective workspaces. This is an entry-level position for someone with a passion for interior architecture.

The Work
Our largest focus is turnkey workplace interiors, so gaining an in-depth understanding of all phases of a workplace design-build project will be important. You will be supporting the architectural documentation and 3D modeling portion of the design process alongside other architects and designers. Assist with development of architectural library research materials and products.

Responsibilities

• Support Architects and Designers at all stages of a project life cycle
• Compilation of design documentation
• 3D Design and Rendering Support

• 0-1 Years industry experience
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints

Job Type Salary Schedule
Full-time $42,000.00 - $55,000 Depending on experience Monday to Friday – Hybrid option available

The company was originally founded as the furniture dealership, Intelligent Commercial Environments (ICE3D), by Steve Burtis in 1992.
The company was built on strong client relationships through exceptional service. Julie, a long time designer for the company and her husband, Doug Wolfe, acquired the company in 2020. Over their tenure with the industry, they recognized a gap in the market for a true end-to-end tenant office build-out experience, that would reduce miscommunications from multiple vendors and provide the client one main point of contact. They brought on an experienced Denver architect with over 25 years of expertise in tenant improvement to head up their architecture team in 2020. Since their acquisition, the team has grown by more than 50% to support the amazing response to the turnkey approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
