Job description

We are looking for someone comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss exterior home improvement projects and to schedule them a free estimate appointment on our home products such as windows, doors, siding, roofing and more. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional. You will call new leads each day and make follow-up calls to our potential customers. This is a great entry level position.

• Place phone calls to potential customers from our computerized directory
• Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of appointments
• Answer potential customers basic questions about home improvement projects or goals
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
• Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
• Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
• Refer customer complaints to supervisor
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Work schedule will be Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Wednesday & Friday 10AM to 6PM & Saturday 9AM - 1PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
