We are looking for Case Manager RN for Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Arlington, VA

Case Manager RN Pay range: $67 - $72/ hour

Case Manager RN Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 year Case Manager RN experience within the last 3 years
• Must have a current and active California License
• Must have updated BLS from American Heart Association
• Clean Background
• Weekly Pay
• 5 days a week and 8 hour shift
• Schedule to be discussed

Contract Length: 13 weeks contract and renewable

Case Manager RN Additional Description:

Inpatient Continuing Care at VHC
Responsibiities: responsible for providing discharge planning and care management services for acute care patients at Virginia Hospital Center
Float department (if needed): Holy Cross Hospital-Silver Spring/Holy Cross Hospital-Germantown (Travel)
