Duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting financial applications such as Aderant Expert, iTimekeep, and Intapp
- Support and troubleshoot system databases and servers (Azure environment)
- Take part in application upgrade projects and new implementations (go-lives), working closely with the manager to ensure projects are smoothly completed
- Provided end user support, troubleshoot for issue resolution, administration, security, and user training
- Develop and deliver reports in SSRS, working closely with internal customers (CFO, Accounting Manager, Finance/Accounting department as a whole)
- Collaborate with broader applications team, working with iManage, IRM, and other firm specific applications and databases
- Support new system plans and maintenance/service of newly installed solutions
- Work alongside other information systems team members to implement, update, and maintain other firm specific applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience is required
- Law Firm experience is highly desired
- Prior experience with Azure hosted server environment
- Expert level skills with SQL databases, SQL, T-SQL, SSRS and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Strong experience with Aderant Expert, iTimeKeep, IntTapp
- Some experience and exposure to document management (iManage) and IRM systems preferred
- Ability to work with application databases and servers (troubleshooting related issues)
- Software configuration and maintenance background is a desired
- Prior experience with application upgrades and implementations
- Must be self-driven with the ability to work autonomously when given deadlines for various projects
- Must be able to communicate both written and verbally to all levels of staff
