Job Title: Certified Appliance Repair Technician

Company Overview:

We are a well-established appliance repair company committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced, Certified Appliance Repair Technician to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. Contractor will be 1099 and must provide General Liability and reliable transportation.

Job Overview:

The Certified Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers, while adhering to all relevant environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of problems quickly and accurately, and perform repairs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair appliances
• Perform routine maintenance on appliances
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers about repair options and costs
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
