Remote but still would like to have some on site maybe 1 x per quarter.

Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for Appian Developer to support their busy team. This is a fully remote, long term contract role with the opportunity to convert supporting a well-known organization.

Position Description:

• Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other technologies.
• Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications.
• Continue builds for Appian based application as well as associated integration components in Java.
• Participate in team meetings to support various program tasks including design review, stage gates, technical roadmap, production troubleshooting including performance issues, etc.
• Work throughout the entire project life cycle (requirements review, technical design, development, deployment and maintenance).
• Contribute toward developing solution guidelines, standards and best practices;

Required Skills:

• 3+ plus years of hands on development experience in Javascript, Java, Web Service and RESTful services

• 1+ years of experience in Appian, building solutions and delivering mission critical applications

• 3+ plus years of hands on development experience in Java/J2EE, Web Service

• Experience in HTML, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, Ajax

• Strong business analysis, model-driven-architecture and model-driven-development – specifically to produce analysis, design, component and deployment models for Appian based applications

• Experience addressing Appian application performance issues and application tuning

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
