Yardi experience is a plus but not required

Previous sales / customer service experience preferred

Excellent computer skills are required to be able to navigate industry software/systems

The ability to multi-task

Must be able and willing to walk your community several times daily - our managers and leasing consultants are out on site walking apartment homes, checking marketing paths, and working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard

Off Saturdays & most Sundays (required to work 4 hours the 1st Sunday of every month)

We are looking for strong, confident, and friendly resident services professionals who know how to deliver excellent customer service at all times and ask for the sale.
