Property Manager

Elon Property Management is hiring for its Atlantic Beach location, a 98-unit, single story community. What we can offer you:

$40,000 + Annually depending on experience

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

1-2 years apartment leasing or management experience preferred

Excellent customer service and positive attitude

Previous experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Previous experience with rent collection practices

Positive Attitude

Ability to work One Sunday a month
