Medical City Answering Service, specializes in providing telephone answering services to physicians and medical offices.

Seeking individuals to answer and dispatch incoming calls on a computerized system in our convenient North Dallas Medical City Campus.

We offer competitive salary, paid on the job training, paid employee parking and an excellent benefits package for full-time employees.

Full-time employees will work at least one weekend shift.

Part-time employees will work 2 shifts during the week and Saturday or Sunday.

Great position for college students, people needing to supplement their full-time employment, or those needing a flexible schedule.

REQUIREMENTS: * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent * Technical skills: Typing at least 20 words per minute, along with heavy telephone experience * Interpersonal skills:Previous Customer Service experience, attention to detail, able to multi-task.*

CLEAR, PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING VOICE is required along with good verbal and written communication skills in the English language, ability to listen and take detailed and accurate messages, able to multi-task.

AVAILABILITY: Must have reliable transportation Must be available to start as soon as possible

Applicant is required to complete the application process, drug-screening and a basic background check - including current and previous residential history along with ten years of employment and personal history.
